going into the studio

It's official: this April we're going into the studio with genius producer Peter Moore (Count Zero, Think Tree) to record Heterotopia (our rock opera) as a concept double-album. 24 tracks deep. MAY THE LORD HAVE MERCY ON OUR SOULS.

I've been keeping it hush hush but for the last year and a half I've been writing a libretto and music for a rock opera titled Heterotopia. It's my baby, my main focus, and the most ambitious thing I've attempted so far. It's still in progress but almost done, and we're performing a workshop performance of the  initial draft of it at Cloud Club in November.

Plans to start recording it as a concept double-album in the spring. More details on that to come.
